Do you offer collection / on-site servicing?Sadly we do not currently offer collection or on-site servicing.

How long does a service take?We will always do our best to turnaround any service work as quickly as possible however times can vary depending on a range of factors. The majority of standard services we aim to complete within 3-5 days however if special order components are needed from the device manufacturer then this is likely to be longer. When possible we will always aim to advise of long lead times in advance.

Is there a charge for an inspection/quote?The only times we charge for our inspection/quotations is if the equipment is either BER or if the customer chooses not to proceed with the quoted service work. In these situations we may charge £15 to cover our time/labour.

How long does it take to recieve a quotation for service?We aim to quote any service work within 2-4 days of the equipment arriving.

What products do you cover?Our service department covers a huge array of equipment from a wide range of manufacturers. For more specific information please see our servicing page however should you product/manufacturer not be listed then feel free to reach out to our service team as we still may be able to offer advice.

Where do you deliver to?We are able to quote for return carriage to all mainland UK. Sadly due to constraints with our courier partners we are unable to deliver outside of this but if you wish to arrange your own courier collection for the serviced equipment then we can help facilitate this.

Can equipment be dropped off/ collected in person?Absolutely! Our doors are always open for drop offs, collections.

What is your delivery charge?I delivery charges start from £15 and increase further depending upon amount/size of items being returned. For more accurate estimations please contact our service team via the contact page and one of our team will be happy to give you a more precise figure.

How often should my equipment be serviced?Servicing intervals can vary depending on what product you have and what regulations you operate under. Most manufacturers require their products to be serviced every 12 months (6 months for GDU's) however it is advised to research your specific products with the manufacturer as this can vary.

Do you offer replacement kit whilst mine is away for service?We would usually aim to have products serviced and returned quickly enough that you should not require replacements however in the event of long lead times we may be able to offer hire kit to help you continue work whilst the service is ongoing.

Do you offer next day delivery?Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, we will always do our best to get the products delivered as soon as possible. Should you require an item urgently then we would suggest calling our team on 0151 423 0088 and speaking to them direct as they will be better able to advise if we can get something to you next day.

Do you offer price match?If you find a product we sell for a cheaper price then please contact our sales team and we will do our best to match or better the offer.
